today i would have donated my blood

A blood donation occurs when a person voluntarily has blood drawn and used for transfusions or made into medications by a process called fractionation. 

In the developed world, most blood donors are unpaid volunteers.....n today i was asked to be. but i have to say no because i am leaking. 

Mr.kahadhka,40 yr old patient going for HAEMO dialysis need a fresh blood  A+, His wife asked me for a donation if i can give my blood. 

i am not able to help her .....bcoz no 1 z A+ in my knowledge other than me.

once again i lost n opportunity to save or say help a poor guy.

in developing country like NEPAL patient die not because of disease, they die more often because lack of resourses, lack of sincerity in DOCTORS.....n lack of passion in Dr's to save lifes.
